Remote work, family friendly team atmosphere, ability to grow quickly, learning and development opportunities, start-up/roll up your sleeve's mentality allowing for opportunity to quickly learn many areas

Cons

Pay is not competitive and there is a lack of communication at times cross-functionally between different departments and from senior leaders downward to front line leaders and colleagues.
