Pros

The company understands how and why having home-based colleagues is a positive benefit. Savista is returning to a corporate culture from legacy company days that is more supportive and collaborative. I have been working from home my entire career at Savista. And a lot my colleagues have been here for 10+ years with almost all of them being at 5+ years.

Cons

The benefit package is not as attractive as I had working at a hospital though I understand why.
