      They focus on the wrong things. Could be better if employees were listened to but like most companies they only care for their income. You can apply yourself and move up but YOU have to take the initiative

      Great Company but no placement/furlough between clients

      Remote access, great culture, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower and if your client ends their contract, your employment with Savista most likely ends also. There is no furlough or attempt to place coders with a new client. Too bad, because I would stay.
