- Most of the people are nice and enjoyable to work with; senior leadership is very responsive and easy to talk to. - Extensive catalog of internal training offered. - Winter Wishes: Company grants "wishes" (vacations, plane tickets to see family, donation to charity of choice, etc.) to select colleagues once a year around the holidays

Cons

- Benefits are just plain bad (Cigna); high deductible health plan is the only thing relatively affordable - VERY low pay; colleagues work very hard and are not properly paid - Promises made = promises broken

Not micro managed, paid parking, dress code business casual

Cons

Low pay, only 1 to 2% raise a year, benefits not good, if you are on site you will work all holidays, management too busy running reports to support staff, work load of 3 people, emotionally exhausting work and management does not care

They focus on the wrong things. Could be better if employees were listened to but like most companies they only care for their income. You can apply yourself and move up but YOU have to take the initiative
