Pros

Working within Northwestern, their employees are great at being supportive

Cons

Lacks Integrity Will not stick up for you even with hard evidence Poor communication with team members and you will be blamed for that HR does not respond to issues Poorly thought out training You have to count on Northwestern Employees to know your job Rarely hear from your supervisor Education team is your actual supervisor and guide you but when short staffed are required to work and do not have the time to truly complete their expected daily task.

Pros

work from home option is good

Cons

everything else. too many global employees compared to in state. global is pushed to get volume instead of quality. terrible healthcare benefits. unfortunately, like a lot of businesses, they are willing to sacrifice employee support and benefits to make more money. making a decent profit just isn't enough. they gotta make a whole lot for big upper management salaries.
