Pros

Highly talented people across the board in all departments. CEO is a great leader. Exceptional HR team stands out from other companies, especially larger ones.

Cons

High turnover under previous leadership in various departments is still creating turmoil. While CEO and HR are working to resolve this - it is difficult to 'stop the bleeding' from something with repeating knock-on effects like turnover. I expect this issue to be resolved with time.
