All our employees have a yearly review upon their annual anniversary at Scalian where salary is reviewed depending on how the year went (performance, new responsibilities, professionalism etc..). We also ensure that our offers/salaries are competitive with respect to the level of experience of each employee and that they are in line with our standards. We are in constant communication with our team including the very beginning where an offer is extended and therefore we do not see how you were not consulted at any step of the line. With that said, we are happy to have an open discussion with you and clear out any misunderstanding as the management team always have their doors open to discuss and will always make themselves available.
