Cons

My job gave me a nice pay bump from my last position, and the benefits have been pretty good, too. Being able to work from home also helps. The people in my team are also very helpful.

Cons

I agree with some previous posts that technical documentation needs work, but there is an ongoing effort already operating. I think it's making a difference.
