Pros

The product is great and is very versatile. Most see ScerIS as a luxury but don't know how the managed without it once it is implemented. Highly recommended product.

Cons

Poor employee training, poor advancement potential, micro-management style, inconsistent marketing plan, empty promises for employees, poor use of employee talent. Expected 50+ hour work week is expected.

Pros

There are some great people working in here; Jim, the CEO, has excellent vision and attitude; and the product really is sharp and well put-together. For any customers reading this, I don't think you could get a better team behind what you need them to do. There are creative and technically savvy folks developing and delivering the products.

Cons

Aside from the many pros of the company, there are some serious implementation issues. The strategy for the company seems stuck in a persistently small-company mindset and some of the most senior management is just not suited to growing the firm. Not a problem if they had a team that can take the micro-management; but they seem to hire a lot of bright and ambitious people, which means you get some serious antagonism along the way.

Pros

Colleagues were fun and supportive within the PS department. Office is in a good location.

Cons

Absolutely zero direction from top management. Never ending product issues, couldn't even install the ScerIS software without doing lots of backend modifications. Constant empty promises in regard to growth and salary. High turn-over rate. 50+ hour work week expected without additional compensation.
