Pros

Very very small company, if you like that environment.

Cons

Micromanagement, high turnover/layoffs, loss of key people, poor employee morale, no trust in employees, technical issues with platform, company is fairly old and has changed directions several times without success.

Few good people. Interesting products and ideas. Good benefits.

Cons

A lot of turn over. The company marketing vision and strategy change every year. Promote people with little experience and/or no people skills. The company just does not make any real money.
