I have worked here for 8 years and has got worse and worse. The HR department is abysmal. Rudest person I have EVER met. 100% works for the company and not the worker. Unapproachable...extremely poor at their job. Friends of HR department are made Managers of fictitious job titles. The poor/weak managers bow to whatever the HR department rule...and allows a festering 'us and them' mentality straight out of an Orson Wells book. The German owners are completely out of touch with what is the norm in this subsidiary, and the HR department is the root of the rot and needs to be changed to an outside advisor that sticks up for the regular workers!
The bonuses are non existent...the jobs and salaries are made up for friends of friends. I am a current worker and have had to write a review to illustrate a fraction of the issues...
Instead of the usual witch hunt on anyone that steps out of line...maybe you should give your workers a genuine voice and listen to the overwhelming issues surrounding the HR department?!?
...maybe then the balance of power can be swung back to the pathetic management. Either that, or I will write a glowing email to polish the ego of the MD about how amazing they are...and be rewarded an extra £1000 a year. ..pathetic!
