If you like going to the park, you can get in for free. Slightly discounted tickets for family and friends. Flexible scheduling in my department. Good summer/first job.

Cons

Not a whole lot of opportunities to move up. They are a family company, so they primarily hire higher level positions from within. Minimum wage for summer workers.

training, the lifeguards, the fun environment, some great managers, everyone is young and in school or understands school schedule

Cons

the hours, the lack of communication, the way promotion decisions are made (favorites), some poor management
