      Horrible company to work for

      The only one is the annual company outing.

      The worst company from my whole employment history. Severely understaffed. You never know who to reach out to for advise. And when you have an issue they pretend it didn't happen. They are big on bending rules of low-income housing and only pursuing their financial goals instead of being there for people which is supposed to be company's goal if you are saying you are out there to help people find home. I was micromanaged to the point my manager would listen to my phone conversation and then call back that person to ask what was said. Extremely unprofessional. Manager was watching every move, if you step out for 2 minutes you would be questioned. Just a horrible horrible experience. RUN!

      Pros

      If you work hard, do your best and are ethical, you will fit in perfect here. Colleagues are amazing and talented and fun. Always someone willing to help out and supervisors are quick to notice a job well done. Incredible room for advanced which I have experienced first hand. Nice to work for a company who encourages training and certifications and growth from within. I went from middle-school-mom to college-mom with this company and I have felt supported with my work life balance the entire time - supported not just by my boss, but by the VPs, CEO and even the President. Thank you for my job!

      It's property management! It's tough. Good PTO benefits are helpful, and we are encouraged to take time to re-charge.

      Pros

      Very welcoming. There is opportunity to if you want to and are ambitious. They are very family orientated and promote the fact that employees make time to for family life. There is always a life line or someone you can go to if you need help adjusting.

      Cons

      They don't do enough training with staff to acclimate them to the way their company works. they don't do enough training on the software that they use in regards to navigating your way through to make your transition easier.
