Dealing with current management - who I believe are Bi-Polar or Schizo - or just act that way because they think it is a good management style

The company President is focused on the company mission.

Cons

Unfortunately, on the employee level it is an overly competitive environment with no enforcement of professional standards of how employees treat one another. In the day to day work environment you must “watch your back” as other employees undermine your work product and reputation. This behavior is ignored and even encouraged by lower level management and the human resource department. There are much less stressful companies to work for and I am looking forward to resigning soon.

8:00-4:30 work schedule. Weekend, Holidays and summers off.

Cons

Relentless pressure. So many constant changes in policies and procedures, it will make your head spin. Corporate has no idea what is happening at the branch level. 30% turnover rate with a constant 3+ new hire in suite to fill the empty chairs. Even when you succeed you will only be told about what you are doing wrong. 0% support and positive reinforcement.
