Leadership genuinely cares about customers and employees, workplace drama is just about non-existent, lots of talented and caring people committed to the same cause

Pros

Strong company culture and overall company leadership. Everyone truly cares about the mission and goals of the company. Leadership is transparent about progress and areas for growth. Lots of in-office perks like snacks, coffee, catered lunch on Wednesdays, standing desks, etc. Working at a smaller company allows you to be part of making decisions and provides the opportunity to move fast. The company is also very supportive of taking time off and respects the work/life balance.

Cons

Being on smaller or new teams within the company can be a lot of work and stress during busy seasons. Not a lot of diversity.
