- Highly intelligent team from the leadership down - Everyone cares about making a contribution - Lots of ways to have fun while at work - Hands down, the best product in the vertical - Very strong reputation in the marketplace - Ethical approach to sales and marketing - Self-starter environment but with all the tools you need to get started and become effective quickly - Compassionate leadership team that motivates through positivity and trust -CEO and executive team are accessible -All the cool people work at SchoolAdmin!

Cons

No 401K match yet, but I understand that is changing due to the growth they have experienced. IMO, a tad on the heavy side with internal meetings.

During the frequent high volume intervals, expect to work up to 60 hr weeks. This could be exceeded as well Socially conservative clients Lack of solid boundaries with customers, enabling very entitled behavior
