      Growing company with a lot of career advancement opportunities. PTO program is generous! Top-notch corporate office located in great location of town!

      Aggressive growth hasn’t come without some growing pains to work through.

      As long as you are willing to put in the work, the sky is the limit with this company.

      Pros

      If you stand out through quality of work and hard work, you will go far. There are tons of opportunities to advance within the company. I feel like there is a strong "team" environment. My co-workers are smart and care about one another's success.

      Cons

      Health insurance is high, but honestly it is high everywhere I've worked and costs across the country continue going up rapidly. I don't see this as Schulte's fault and will be similar anywhere you work.
