      Schulte is a fast paced environment where people are nice and opportunity for growth is real. There is a good sense of community and the company is really growing

      Expectations are high but the reward has been well worth it for me

      Pros

      You will never be bored working at SHG. We are expected to show up daily and perform our best work. The leadership team values and appreciates those who remain steadfast towards our goals and consistently demonstrate dedication to the company.

      Cons

      There will always be growing pains when you expand from 20 hotels to 150 in less than 6 years, it's par for the course. SHG could benefit from continued focus on standardization of process, consistent best practice and open communication.
