We are sorry to hear that you felt a sense of disorganization and a lack of trust. It is very likely that our recent reorganization from a traditional into a virtual firm might have caused certain disruptions that affected you. As you know, we have since 2018 been transitioning our work processes to the cloud. We have in the meantime reached a stabilisation phase of fully remote work, that we all feel is the ‘new normal’. We apologize for any inconvenience due to the shift to cloud, but we are also proud that we made it happen and that we are now successfully operating as a virtual firm.
