I was an intern for 2 years. They allowed me to pick my schedule around school hours, and actively promoted my education. I loved the company culture that centered around employee happiness and care. Ed (CEO) was active in company operations.

Cons

Full-time offer salary after graduation was on the lower end of other offers I received.
