      SEL was a great place to build a career, go to school, and put money away in the form of a very generous stock option plan for employees. They seem committed to hiring from within.

      Cons

      SEL's work/life balance gets frequent knocks from people. The culture in the shop floor was very tribal, which was a downside of hiring from within.
