Cons

Leadership are trying their best. It's not enough and their mistakes is at other people's expense. Just stay as long as u can and leave for a better job, like the 10,000 others who did.

-Lunch is provided -Snacks are okay -Swag -Salary is above par but wouldn’t be if it was hourly wages

Cons

- Yelled at for using any PTO even though it’s unlimited and for emergencies - No regard for any human in any situation - Heartless and careless leadership that’s self absorbed and youthfully ignorant - Use and abuse mentality of others - Constant belittlement of yourself and colleagues by management - Gas lit by HR - Cult like mentality - Most depressing work place I’ve ever worked and they were rich with no excuse - The work feels like a joke that you are forced to believe in because you have stock options

If you are a self start and can work with little to no supervision, you will excel here. Surrounded by some of the most intelligent people. Easy going and chill environment. Lunch, dinner, and snacks provided.

Cons

Like any startup, something you're working on can change at any given moment. If you're not adept to change, it may be a bad fit for you here.
