We have an Open Door Policy at SSAI and highly encourage employees to come forward with any concerns – especially about management and compensation. We are always open to ideas and feedback that can help us continue to improve, and we do our best to create an environment where every employee feels their opinion is valued. We put a lot of effort into making sure our salaries are competitive, as this is an important part of who we are as a company. We don’t actually use a “government pay scale” – We have our own internal salary grades based on up to date market information on local compensation. We also have a robust Rewards and Recognition Program that rewards employees based on outstanding performance, publication of research, community service, and innovation – just to name a few.
