Pros

Everyone works together as a team, and there is a family-like atmosphere. Very positive and encouraging. The managers really care about their employees and reward hard work, and they also take suggestions and criticism to heart. There is a lot of room for growth, and again, hard work is rewarded.

Pros

generally supportive of their employee. management values employee and cares about how employee think about the company. And they are constantly trying improving.

Cons

PTO length is somewhat standard, however, all sick leaves, administrative leaves, etc. are considered as PTO. Travel budget is tight, the condition for local travel mileage reimbursement is pretty high that you usually wont get any reimbursement at all unless drive more than 60 miles each way.

Company loves and takes care of their employees; great managers that understand the technical side of things and the managerial side of things (and does their best to shield the bureaucracy from you); strong work-life balance; overall a great experience!

Cons

Not much, if any - only job security due to threats of budget cuts to NASA
