Good place to work but I don't think it's the most stable job out there

Pros

A good place for growth. Everyone is friendly and experienced.

Cons

Unstable, since the company bid on government contracts and if the company lose a bid to a big project, most likely you will have to find a new job. It's too bad for consulting companies that this happens a lot.

I work off site at Goddard Space Flight Center. My SSAI manager is a good buffer between NASA and SSAI. I am able to get job promotions and raises even when civil servants have a freeze

Cons

benefits and salary not as good as civil servants
