Good place to work but some long hours are expected

Pros

The company is doing great and the future looks bright. Free coffee, snacks and any meeting during the lunchtime is catered.

Cons

Limited work space. Had to move few people to the basement level. Keep hearing rumors of moving, but no definite timeline or a definite space as of yet. The company is still adopting the Agile method and there's alot of POs who refuse to conform to the model. They load up sprints with absurd number of points and expect everything to be done. This comes at the expense of thorough QA testing. Bugs get introduced into the product and at the release time, long hours (10+) are required to test all the fixes.

Pros

1) They are very competitive in their benefits 2) Great people to work with 3) Understanding and supportive management 4) Fast growing

Cons

There aren't really any cons to working for Sciencelogic, but the only thing I could think of would be that Sciencelogic life insurance plan doesn't allow you to purchase extra coverage.
