The work was incredibly interesting, and it was very satisfying to see my efforts help our customers. Healthcare benefits were superb.

Cons

Too many death marches and compensation was well below what other companies in the area were paying for similar skillsets.

ScienceLogic has been a good company to work for. They are navigating economic challenges like everyone else, but the CEO has remained approachable and positive.

Cons

Lack of diversity, especially at the senior leadership level. There have been recent hires to address this, but there is still a tendency to have all decisions funneled through a very small group of people.
