      Pros

      The management/executive team is extremely accessible and they welcome creativity and new ideas from employees at every level. Employees at ScienceLogic are very positive and focused on the shared goal of growing and improving the company. My job is challenging but never overwhelming and I have a great boss who cares about me individually, my goals and my happiness at the company.

      Cons

      So far my experience at ScienceLogic has been very positive, so I cannot think of any cons of working here.

      1. Friendly environment with highly competent staff that is always open to teaching and fostering growth. 2. Flexible PTO and work from home policy 3. Great health benefits 4. Great extracurricular company committees (women in tech, meet-ups, company events)

      1. 401k match could be better 2. Sometime when leadership positions are understaffed, certain staff have to wear multiple hats
