Pros

Exciting place to work if you want to build your career and stretch out of your comfort zone. Leadership is supportive of employees and truly places value on individuals and encourages growth and new ideas. The product is top in class in a growth market with a ton of opportunity for those willing to go out and grab it. Leadership places a value on people who can make an impact which is one of the top reasons I chose to leave my previous job and come to ScienceLogic. Work life balance is good and lots of opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

Typical growing pains as a company grows from small start up size to mid-size. The positive spin on that is the management teams are aware and supportive of the need to implement changes in order to scale and stay on the front of innovation in the market.

Pros

Great company culture with great employees from top to bottom. The CEO goes above and beyond on company success as well as genuine care for individual employees' success and well being. Oh, and don't forget a top notch product that continues to be an industry leader.

Cons

Nothing to gripe about here other than that this is a required field.

Pros

ScienceLogic is led by the best CEO that I have ever worked for. He is fully aware of transitions in the market, he understands the competition, he knows the engineering road-map, he fully supports each team member, and he is the best sales person in the company. Every employee has ownership in the company, and every position is incentivized when the company meets sales objectives. Due to this management theory, executives are always eager to assist with the customer needs in the field.

Cons

The IT monitoring space is crowded with large competitors, but the company has heavily invested in several differentiating technologies to lead the marketplace in 2017.
