Remote-friendly, competitive salary, great documentation, excellent HR department, good culture

Cons

not much vacation time, typical small company growing pains, lousy benefits - employee healthcare costs are outrageously expensive compared to other companies of similar size

Thank you for the feedback about our vacation program and benefits. We are currently working on a PTO resign to meet current workforce expectations. In regards to our health care plans, this year we will consider more plan options with potential lower premiums. We will also evaluate the feasibility of adding benefits that we currently don’t offer. Stay tuned for coming improvements!

Every employee's skill set and potential is genuinely valued in day to day operations. The company has managed to create a small start-up feel within a large organization.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons working at Sciencelogic and simply have to satisfy the minimum word count.
