      Pros

      It's a team effort with almost everything we do and need to be involved in. The level of responsibility does not outweigh contribution level and ability to change, I have the power to make positive change. Executive mgmt is open to hearing feedback and recommendations.

      Pros

      Start up feel. Great atmosphere. Great Talent. Leader in the monitoring space with a huge upside to grow even bigger. Great CEO. Has handled the Pandemic gracefully and compassionately.

      Cons

      Office should be upgraded to match the success of the company. Comfortable now, but should gauge for the upcoming growth.

      Pros

      Executive leadership have a focused desire to continuously improve the product and overall customer experience, while viewing employee well being of equal importance. Agility of a small company where everyone has a voice, but strength and security of a much larger organization. Lot of opportunities to develop skills and your career. It's challenging, but there is never a sense that you are alone...people are really collaborative and fun to work with. Opinions are valued. They want the best people and everyone is open to new ways to be successful.

      Cons

      Benefits package for international employees needs to be comparable to competitors. International employees have long days to cover US based meetings.
