Pros

We've begun a focused Customer Experience Journey. Improvements to our processes and customer interactions. Our customer satisfaction scores are rising. Our Net Promoter scores are rising, Our Support MTTR stats are improving. Internally, things are becoming easier. Externally, our scores show we are making a difference. As an individual, you can contribute to ScienceLogic and our customer's success in infinite ways. We have an environment where change and new ideas can come from anyone. Be Bold, Create Wow, Be Nerdy.

Cons

I'd like to see us move faster to a higher level of maturity in data consolidation. We are working on it, but just not where I'd like it to be. I want all data accessible at my fingertips no matter where that data is located.

Pros

Great leadership all the way to the top. Competitive compensation plus bonus and flexible time off (unlimited at manager's discretion). Great team of people that really care about providing the best service and doing what's right for the customer. It's all about the customer journey! Engineering is responsive to support needs and often offer to jump on a call with the customer. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Cons

401k match isn't really competitive.

Pros

I was brought on as entry level to the product role and was immediately given the opportunity to take on projects and responsibilities far beyond what I expected. As long as you get your expected job done, side projects and other initiatives you want to start seem to always be welcome. It's really great to be able to get ideas in front of the right people with ease and that seems to be in no short supply here. Really great people and good culture that doesn't force you to "drink the kool-aid". Mandatory fun is just as bad as no fun and that's not a problem here.

Cons

Small company pains, low number of employees (<500) leads to lack of resources for engineering teams and dedicated owners of some things like Jira.
