      Pros

      Pretty good salaries for market. Interesting projects. Medical insurance. Company pay for certification and IT events, pay half for English courses

      Cons

      No internal training courses on regular base. No knowledge sharing practice outside the team. Usually projects are small(2-5 team members). Bad working places(sometimes air condition not work for weeks). Out of date PC's, many employees still have hdd drives.

      Unrealistic expectations of copywriters (to become business-side experts in their sphere of IT services without any relevant background, experience or education) Bureaucracy Quick burnout because of tough deadlines and micromanagement Disconnection of the department from the rest of the company (in terms of goals and processes)
