Thanks for your feedback and I am hoping you have shared your concerns in your exit interview. Our variable component gets paid 100% at the year end which is positive thing.

Pros

1. This company does not provide basic amenities to employees a) Desk Phone (Only Managers will have Desk Phone) b) Parking (Company is in located in ITPL & company does not have own the parking space so employee must pay Rs 750 for 2 wheeler, Rs 1500 for 4 Wheeler c) I think this is only company in the world which will not give Business Cards to employees d) There are water filters in office but absolutely there are no glasses that means that you have to bring your own Glass to drink water e) Cafeteria does not have plastic/paper glass to drink coffee/Tea 2) US Team developed few game products which are outsourced & maintained by teams in India 3) They have very old code (more than 25 Years) & no plans to change underlying architecture (which is pathetic) 4) Absolutely no documentation for code/architecture/comments in Source code

Cons

Company will give Rs 40 per day for meal on working day but can we really get Meals for Rs 40 in ITPL or anywhere in Bangalore if they are so serious about lunch of the employee they should provide FREE meals not Rs 40.

Thanks for the feedback, feel free to reach out to an HR Partner for any questions that you may have. Let me pick up few of your questions and for rest please meet an HR Partner. Our Phones are Voip phones hence limited to teams or individuals who need to make international calls. We have given SG mugs to all employees and new joiners so that they an avoid using waxed paper cups. Coupons which are INR 40 per day are over an above the Salary for an employee and not really with the intention to compensate or pay for lunch
