Pros

Very easy going, professional people that are passionate about their mission. They are all about getting great substitutes into classrooms all over Los Angeles. Great Pay Scale !

Cons

Nothing that I know of.

Great educational startup w/ loads of potential and fun culture

Pros

-Mission is lived and part of business and culture -Young, smart, agile forward thinking CEO -Team members are smart, hard working -Everyone likes showing up to work & enjoys each other's company -Book club monthly which means everyone's in a growth mindset -Flexible hours (go to the doctor or WFH if you have to) -Fun company culture -Big potential for the business -Tech savvy (everyone's on mac, Google, Basecamp, etc) -Standing desks & free snacks -Backed by Australian parent company so we're part of something bigger There's actually a TON of pros. First time I've loved 98% of everything a company does and stands for.

Cons

The cons of any startup. Growth pains like "Oh, we need to better that process now that we're bigger" haha The benefits package is still evolving. But I have faith that it'll grow to be highly competitive and meaty in the near future.

Pros

Incredible group of people to work with - supportive, and have a genuine interest in you personally and professionally! They really live out their mission statement and beliefs; company culture and flexibility is also a major PLUS!

Cons

Can't think of much....
