Good opportunity to work for different schools.

Cons

They’re not consistent, you may get a call for 2 days then don’t hear from them. It’s very difficult to speak with someone and they don’t provide information to the schools of your arrival. It seems they are just moving people.

It's great if you want to be a teacher and need a freelance job

Pros

It's pretty decent pay, they pay weekly. Staff is very nice over the phone. Good opportunity if you want to work with kids or be a teacher or need something that help you pay the bills as the pay is pretty approx 200 a day.

Cons

Holiday blackout dates are Thanksgiving no weeks pay, Christmas and Newyears it three weeks without pay. - you have to find something to fill the gap you will be broke in those times.

-working with children is very rewarding and nurturing -flexible hours and opportunities to accept and decline bookings -good, reasonable pay -weekly pay stubs

Cons

-no room for growth -unstable month-to-month job opportunities (1 week max of a FULL week, but the last two shifts were suddenly cancelled) -no room for creating stable connections

Schools may suddenly cancel or may require less assistance than usual throughout the school year.
