-is quite a fun job if you can take the criticism -pay is pretty good since its sgd -the company staff are MOSTLY kind and helpful -does not bring work home

Cons

-toxic singapore culture -very tiring flights -off days are random -nothing much to do in singapore, so you might need to spend money to travel and enjoy yourself

- Staff travel is good due to Scoot's network

Cons

- Very micro managed culture - If you're not a "Favorite", you can forget about promotion. "Favorites" gets projects assigned to them but give others the bulk of the work and claim their credit - Heard many cases of employees taking credit for others' work, speeding their promotion - Not a fair pay matching system, many specialists leave within 2 years - Legacy employees have advantaged packages when they joined and fail to understand why newer subordinates choose to leave due to the pay matching system - No AWS - Allow employees to drink in the office, some starts at 4pm which disturbs other working colleagues and office space is packed, can get rowdy and noisy very fast - HR department have the highest employee turnover in the company
