However, burnout is never something we want to be the norm. We’re actively working on improving how we support balance and long-term sustainability for our teams, especially in high-demand roles like our web developers, and appreciate hearing about your experience. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt overworked and under-recognized during your time here. Your perspective, especially regarding the workload and compensation for web developers, is important.
