Pros

Good benefits package included for most employees

Cons

Managers who lie about the availability of certain working arrangements, only to be offered it immediately once management changes. Not paid enough to live in the city they were operating. Keep you working while snow storms rage, and then offer tax vouchers when even the taxis are off the road so you’re stuck there. Absolutely ridiculous metrics in call centre , and you need the absurd amount of mental heath benefit funds bc of how hard the job is on your mental health.
