Pros
I am The subject matter expert when it comes to Dealers and Dealer Relationships and am treated as such. I am given the necessary tools to complete my job and when I need something new or something becomes outdated ore obsolete there is a discussion and we come to a decision that is beneficial i.e. laptop for job. When I first started with SCU, I was not issued a laptop. We discussed it, a business plan was completed and subsequently, a laptop was issued. It has truly enhanced my job performance. I am treated with such respect, and I feel like I, my contributions to the CU are acknowledged and appreciated. Our senior management is approachable and accessible. SCU really believes that everyone has something to contribute to the success of the organization. SCU encourages a work life balance. Diversity and Inclusion have been woven into the fabric of our culture. SCU allows for growth and career goal setting and encourages it, puts a plan together so that your goals can be achieved. I plan to retire from SCU, it is the best organization I have ever been associated with.
Cons
I have not experienced any negatives here. I have nothing but praise for SCU.
