      Pros

      It was a family oriented environment and not fast paced. They really made sure the patients as well as employees enjoyed their experience while there. They promoted good health and lifestyle.

      Cons

      Sometimes because it wasn't fast paced, the days seem to be longer than normal. Due to it being downtown, I had to deal with traffic and longer commute. The salary was less than other hospitals doing the same job and the raise ratio was reduced.
