Work hospital doing is great. Little unorganized at times. Promotes within which can be good and bad.

Cons

Low salary. Need to get more experienced people in to truly take hospital where it needs to go.

Do you enjoy using your talents to help children in need of medical care? Although my skills did not involve direct patient care, I knew the outcome of my efforts supported the physicians ability to provide the best possible care.
