      Beware, Not a good place to work

      Pros

      They take good care of the patients.

      Cons

      You won’t get proper training. Managers will lie to cover up their own poor performance. You won’t get any feedback until you are being escorted out. You get no training on things as simple as your medical insurance. Almost no support at all. Very unorganized. You are expected to work 8-8, or manager will get angry and give poor reviews.

      Pros

      Extremely supportive and caring environment. I enjoy coming to work everyday, and being around others who share the same mission of improving the lives of children and their families.

      Cons

      Can be slow to implement needed change. There are lots of different approvals that need to be gone through.
