Pros

The people are awesome and the mission is great. It's a very diverse and inclusive place to work. There are people that have worked there for decades.

Cons

Pay is a little lower than other hospitals, not a lot of opportunity for growth within the organization. Administration seems out of touch with goings on of the inpatient unit and seems primarily money driven in regards to adequate staffing and resources which hinders patient satisfaction.
