      The company culture at Scottish Rite is truly unmatched! I believe that the mission is what draws people in, but they stay because of the amazing culture.

      Cons

      Things tend to feel a bit old-fashioned and slow moving at times, but I do foresee that changing.

      They’re all the same

      Pros

      Working with the children is the best part, seeing them progress and feel better.

      Cons

      Micromanaged, certain staff is favoritized over others, too much work for too little pay, management doesn’t make you feel appreciated, great benefits, calling in more than 3 times in a years period results in staff being written up
