Pros

Built resilience through long days and rustic conditions. Learned to adapt quickly in unpredictable outdoor environments. Led and managed a large team of program staff. Designed and coordinated the entire camp schedule. Delivered daily announcements and ran staff meetings. Impactful work.

Cons

Worked 14+ hour days, often with little personal time. Constantly juggling multiple programs, people, and problems. Had to deal with emergencies, upset parents, or camper issues on the fly.
