Scouting America reviews

This is the worst job I've ever had. The "leadership" is awful the "management" is lazy. They provide no onboarding and no support or training. You just sort of flail around and then get in trouble when you don't hit their unreachable goals. You are expected to project just unrealistic numbers that everyone in the room knows there's no way you would ever meet it. They purposefully set you up for failure and then don't even try to help you reach the unrealistic goals. They are very clear that you have to work weekends and nights but they also don't want you to have any sort of life so they expect you to be working 9-5 AND nights and weekends. I would not recommend this job to anyone. They are also extremely hypocritical. They claim they are the scouts and they care about the environment when it's all just a show. They pretend to recycle in the building but everything goes in the trash.
