Pros

Opportunity to impact the lives of youth.

Cons

Long Hours & Low Pay. It is expected you work 50 hours per week minimum with 60-80 hours common during recruiting season, fundraising season, or with special events. As they are a non profit they start all entry level managers at a low pay grade and keep you there for about three years,

Pros

Making a difference, ok training, great volunteers

Cons

too political, 1970's style managers - Corporate Culture is way of date. Pay is way too low for the zillions of hours that you will work. Be Prepared.....to not have much of life and to work for a micro-manager that talks a good talk. Anyone that stays with the org for too long is to be considered inept and broken
