Pros

Scribe is a place to gain experience right after college. It is a growing publishing firm working for some of the prestigious publishing companies like Random House, University of California, University of Minnesota Press, and so on. All Scribe employees are competent.

Cons

Extremely low salaries. No career advancement. Very high turnover.

Poor benefits and pay There are months where staff is overworked and underpaid Because this is a small, growing company, career growth and opportunities are very slim
