Decent place to work, no room for advancement though.

Great people to work with, free health insurance and fitness center. Great ceo with a good overall vision of where the company wants to go.

Cons

Poor 401k match. Reorganizations within customer service happen for no reason and make no sense. Rules are not the same across the company especially for people who travel.
